Flexibility
Our remote-first organization values autonomy for all. We don’t require a minimum office presence except quarterly team-building days (Memo Days). Nevertheless, the Paris offices are available at all times to employees who choose to work from there, whether they reside in the Paris region or elsewhere in France (We cover transport and hotel accommodation expenses.)

€1,500 per person per year to participate in training or conferences.

Maternity and annual leave
All Employees are entitled to up to 90 days of paid maternity leave (French banking collective agreement). And we all enjoy 26 paid vacation days and 8 to 10 RTT (recovery time off) days per year.

Transport
If you live in Île-de-France, your Navigo subscription is covered at 80%, or you benefit from a €400 annual bike bonus. From anywhere else in France, we refund your SNCF Liberté card at 80% and all your train fares and accommodation (€160 per night) when traveling to Paris on business.
