Memo Bank is a French credit institution authorized by the European Central Bank (ECB) and regulated by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR). Launched in 2020, it is the first independent bank created in France in 50 years.

Our supervisory board is composed of authoritative figures from the banking and investment world. Ronan Le Moal, former CEO of Arkéa, is chairman of the supervisory board, while Jean-Daniel Guyot is the chairman of the management board.

Memo Bank supports transaction-intensive businesses that need to automate and reconcile their banking operations via API.
