Memo Bank, the bank designed for transaction-intensive businesses, announces positive net income for the first half of 2026, driven by a 53% increase in Net Banking Income (NBI) compared to the first half of 2025. The bank confirmed two consecutive profitable quarters and announced that it can now support its clients in seven new European countries alongside France.
"2025 marked a strategic turning point by focusing our efforts on companies handling large daily payment volumes. We approach the rest of the year with confidence: our model is profitable, and our clients' growth continues to drive Memo Bank's. In the space of six months, the monthly volume of processed transactions rose from €3 billion to €4 billion," states Jean-Daniel Guyot, Chairman of the Management Board at Memo Bank.
This result validates the strategy pursued by Memo Bank: focusing its infrastructure on automating flow management for high-transaction companies. The structure of the NBI attests to this, with growth driven in particular by banking fee revenue, which doubled between H1 2025 and H1 2026, a clear indicator of intensifying transactional activity among client businesses.
Memo Bank's infrastructure caters to the stringent requirements of financial actors and insurers with complex operational models, such as Lise (Lightning Stock Exchange), Spiko, Iroko, or the asset management firm IQ-EQ, which manage thousands of transactions monthly. It relies notably on segregated accounts dedicated to safeguarding third-party funds.
Momentum Confirmed Across Key Indicators
- Net Banking Income (NBI): +53% YoY (H1 2025 vs. H1 2026).
- Client Base: 800 businesses supported.
- Automation: 70% of transactions processed via Memo Bank’s Premium API.
Outlook for H2 2026
In the second half of 2026, Memo Bank will focus its efforts on acquiring new clients and expanding its product suite, including the launch of multi-currency accounts and new cash investment funds, as well as the ongoing development of its marketplace.
