Jean-Daniel Guyot
Co-founder and Chairman of the Management Board
Before co-founding Memo Bank in 2017, Jean-Daniel Guyot co-founded and served as President of Capitaine Train, a booking platform which was sold to Trainline in 2016. He holds an engineering degree from INSA (Rouen) and is chairman of the Management Board.
Michel Galibert
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer
Michel Galibert co-founded Memo Bank in 2017. Prior to that, he worked at Google and Capitaine Train, where he was in charge of marketing and then product development alongside Jean-Daniel Guyot. He is a graduate of HEC Paris.

Ronan Le Moal
Former CEO of Arkéa
Ronan Le Moal was head of the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group, which includes Suravenir and Fortuneo, for thirteen years. He is currently the founder and managing director of the investment fund Épopée Gestion. A graduate of HEC, he serves as chairman of Memo Bank’s Supervisory Board.
Valentine Baudouin Barbelivien
Co-partner of Founders Future
An attorney formerly with Kramer Levin, Valentine Baudouin Barbelivien is now a partner at Founders Future, an investment fund created by digital entrepreneurs. She holds degrees from Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and Paris Dauphine. She is deputy chair of Memo Bank’s Supervisory Board.
Gilles Denoyel
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dexia
Before taking over as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dexia, Gilles Denoyel was the Chief Risk Officer for HSBC France for eleven years. He is a graduate of ENA, Écoles des Mines de Paris and Science Po. He is a member of Memo Bank’s Supervisory Board.
Jacques Veyrat
Chairman of Impala
Jacques Veyrat manages Impala, an investment firm he founded in 2011. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fnac Darty Group. He holds degrees from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and École polytechnique. He is a member of Memo Bank’s Supervisory Board.

Paul Mizrahi
Co-founder of Blackfin Capital Partners
Before co-founding Blackfin Capital Partners, an investment fund specializing in financial services, Paul Mizrahi founded the online bank Fortuneo, which was acquired by the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group in 2006. He is a graduate of HEC Paris and represents Blackfin on the Supervisory Board of Memo Bank.

Clarisse Blandin is a VC investor at Bpifrance, the French public investment bank. A graduate of ESCP Europe, she represents Bpifrance on the Supervisory Board of Memo Bank.

Pierre-Éric Leibovici co-founded Daphni, an investment fund specializing in European technology companies. He is a graduate of ESCP Europe. He represents Daphni on the Supervisory Board of Memo Bank.
