PRESS RELEASE — PARIS, JANUARY 4, 2021

After announcing the launch of its banking services and obtaining a full banking license, Memo Bank, the new independent bank for growing SMEs, is pleased to announce that Ferdinand Brunet is joining the Management Board. He will take over as Chief Financial Officer and will succeed Tristan Pontet, co-founder of the structure, as of January 4, 2021. He will oversee financial activity, bank accounting, and cash management in a highly regulated environment.

Graduating from Grenoble Ecole de Management, Ferdinand began his career at KPMG working as an Auditor for leading French banks. He then joined ING bank, where he held several positions as Manager and Financial Controller for almost ten years. He had recently joined Ditto Bank as Administrative and Financial Director.
