Co-founder and Chairman of the Management Board
Before co-founding Memo Bank in 2017, Jean-Daniel Guyot co-founded and served as President of Capitaine Train, a booking platform which was sold to Trainline in 2016. He holds an engineering degree from INSA (Rouen) and is chairman of the Management Board.
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer
Michel Galibert co-founded Memo Bank in 2017. Prior to that, he worked at Google and Capitaine Train, where he was in charge of marketing and then product development alongside Jean-Daniel Guyot. He is a graduate of HEC Paris.
Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer
Before joining Jean-Daniel Guyot and Michel Galibert to co-found Memo Bank in 2017, Tristan Pontet was the Chief Financial Officer of Capitaine Train. He holds degrees from l’Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Science Po) and HEC Paris.
Chief Risk, Compliance and Control Officer
Yves Bédué oversaw control and risk management at Socram Banque for ten years before joining Memo Bank in 2018. He honed his credit analysis skills at BPCE and also worked for Natixis and Crédit Maritime. He is a graduate of Université Paris-Nanterre.
Chief Technical Officer
Christophe Juniet spent five years in Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux’s financial market engineering department before joining Criteo in 2011 where he headed up a team of over one hundred software engineers.
Valentine Baudouin Barbelivien
Co-partner of Founders Future
An attorney formerly with Kramer Levin, Valentine Baudouin Barbelivien is now a partner at Founders Future, an investment fund created by digital entrepreneurs. She holds degrees from Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and Paris Dauphine. She is deputy chair of Memo Bank’s Supervisory Board.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dexia
Before taking over as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dexia, Gilles Denoyel was the Chief Risk Officer for HSBC France for eleven years. He is a graduate of ENA, Écoles des Mines de Paris and Science Po. He is a member of Memo Bank’s Supervisory Board.
Co-founder of Blackfin Capital Partners
Before co-founding Blackfin Capital Partners, an investment fund specializing in financial services, Paul Mizrahi created the online bank Fortuneo which was subsequently acquired by the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group. He is a graduate of HEC Paris and a member of Memo Bank’s Supervisory Board.
