What we do
Our operations team helps our clients discover the best of our banking services and use them to their fullest potential. We work on marketing campaigns that help our prospective clients get to know us. We manage the banking relationship once new clients have signed on and answer any questions as and when they have them.
Our work happens where bankers, customer relations specialists, and marketing professionals meet. Since we are an independent bank, we have been able to put in place efficient internal processes that allow us to respond quickly to our clients' needs. 2. HR interview
We read your application, and if we think you'd be a good fit, one of our recruiters will contact you for a quick phone interview (30 minutes).
3. Practical exercices
Depending on the role you're applying for, we may send you a practical exercise to complete at your leisure and return to us.
4. A series of interviews
You are invited to a series of interviews in our office (or by videoconference) with members of the different teams with whom you would be working (4 hours).
Our panel gets together to deliberate, and we let you know their decision as soon as possible.
