What we do
As the name implies, the team in charge of finance and human resources handles accounting and budgeting as well as current and future employees. We are responsible for Memo Bank's cash flow, budget monitoring and recruitment. We define the compensation policy and the employee promotion scheme.
We hire people who are on different trajectories, and we need people from different backgrounds in order to do this well. If you want to engage in your tried and true career in a new way, and if you want to shake things up with a new bank in an established industry, then you are the kind of person for us.

We have to define an annual budget knowing full well that our projects may not always align with tax deadlines. Sometimes they do, but we have to be flexible when they don't.

2. HR interview
We read your application, and if we think you'd be a good fit, one of our recruiters will contact you for a quick phone interview (30 minutes).
3. Practical exercises
Depending on the role you're applying for, we may send you a practical exercise to complete at your leisure and return to us.
4. A series of interviews
You are invited to a series of interviews in our office (or by videoconference) with members of the different teams with whom you would be working (4 hours).
Our panel gets together to deliberate, and we let you know their decision as soon as possible.
